Biography
With over 25 years of civil litigation experience, Attorney Piette practices in the areas of insurance defense, complex litigation, insurance coverage litigation, construction defect litigation, environmental coverage litigation and premises liability. He has represented insurance companies, self-insured entities and individuals before state and federal trial and appellate courts and mediation and arbitration panels. He has represented insurance companies and policyholders regarding policy interpretation issues and has assisted self-insured entities in drafting contract language. He is admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Community Involvement
In addition to his legal practice, Attorney Piette has served as School Board Vice President for the Waukesha Catholic School System and as has served on the Finance Committee, the Advancement Committee and the Executive Committee. He has been a High School Mock Trial volunteer and has coached for SC Waukesha Soccer Club, Catholic Memorial High School Junior Crusader Football and Basketball, and Waukesha West Junior Wolverines Basketball.
