Biography

John M. Daniels grew up in Appleton and has been practicing law in the Fox Valley for more than 30 years. John began his legal career in 1990 as an Assistant District Attorney with the Outagamie County District Attorney’s Office. After sixteen years as a civil servant, John entered private practice. In 2012, he was appointed as a Court Commissioner.

John’s career in private practice has been dedicated to civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury law. In joining Weiss Law Office, S.C., John serves Of Counsel and works closely with Attorney Kristen Scheuerman and the Firm’s personal injury litigation team. Above all else, John’s passion is fighting for the underdog and caring for his clients like they’re family.

When he isn’t at the office, John’s passion is to be on the water trying to catch fish! If you’re willing to swap “big fish” stories with John, be prepared to chat with him for hours. John loves the outdoors and the solitude of spending time surrounded by nature In his opinion, the best way to end any day is by the flames of a campfire. Apart from the practice of law, John’s great loves in life are his two fantastic children and luckily for them, John loves taking them on vacation to any place they can catch fish!
