Mediation Lawyers

Attorney Monte E. Weiss and Attorney Kristen S. Scheuerman offer their services as mediators. Whenever possible, Monte and Kristen will try and offer flexible scheduling to accommodate parties’ ADR deadlines and busy schedules. 

Both Monte and Kristen will conduct in-person mediations throughout the state, with reasonable costs for travel. If your mediation takes place in the greater Milwaukee area or in Appleton, there is no cost for travel.

However, if parties prefer to mediate remotely, Zoom mediations can be conducted effectively using private sessions, breakout rooms, or a modified approach using both Zoom and telephonic conferencing.
